Mountainsong Galleries, who represents me in Carmel, California, will host the 12th Annual American Impressionist Society National Juried Exhibition in October. I am honored to be part of the exhibition committee this year and so thrilled that Jonathan and Lucinda Mountainsong have agreed to host this prestigious show. I am honored to be invited again for the 5th Annual Door County Plein Air Invitational in Door County, Wisconsin. Two of my oil paintings, "Ol' Giovanni" and "As the Fog Drifts In" have been accepted into the 15th Annual Plein Air Artists Colorado National Juried Exhibition. Please join me for the opening reception on June 24th at Saks Galleries, Cherry Creek in Denver, Colorado, from 5 to 8pm.

This is a wonderful exhibition of 400 paintings each measuring 6x6 inches...lots of "little gems" to choose from. Two of my paintings are included in this show: "Path Through the Dunes" and "Early Spring, Harpers Ferry", both oil on linen panels.

I am thrilled to announce that I am included in the12th Annual Laguna Plein Air Painting Invitational. Fifty of the top plein air painters from across the country are invited to participate each year. Artists will be painting in and around Laguna Beach, California from October 10th through 16th. There are numerous events planned throughout the week, including the "Trust your Plein Plein Sight" event, a Quick Draw event and auction and the Collectors Cocktail Party and Soiree. My painting, "Solitude", above, has been accepted into the presitigious American Impressionist Society National Juried Exhibition which will be held in October at Richland Fine Art in Nashville Tennessee.  Please join me for the preview reception and awards presentation on October 7th from 5 to 7pm at the gallery. Two of my paintings, "Ol' Giovanni" and "Hill Country Farmstead", have been accepted into the American Plains Artists 26th Annual Juried Exhibition and Sale. The exhibit will run from September 3rd through November 28th at the Great Plains Museum in Lincoln, Nebraska. I am thrilled that "Hill Country Farmstead" has already been sold! Many thanks to the new owner who graciously agreed to allow it to remain on display until the end of the exhibition.
